
🗓️ about last Saturday...
Last Saturday, like most Saturdays in my calendar, I spent in the training room in the company of the wonderful team of the Podlasko-Mazurskie Cooperative Bank in Zabludowo, where we carry out a series of training courses under the Advisor Academy 👩🏫 .
The Advisor Academy is one of the most frequently selected programmes for developing the skills and competencies of the employees of the Co-operative Banks, who are responsible for providing top-quality customer service every day.
The Academy consists of a series of six training courses during which:
✔️ We are introducing quality standards,
✔️ We learn to research the needs and really get to know our customers,
✔️ We practice phone calls that effectively make appointments,
✔️ We introduce the language of benefits and the skilful use of supplementary materials when presenting an offer,
✔️ We work with clients' objections so that they feel looked after and understood,
✔️ We practice how to close sales effectively and build relationships for the future,
✔️ We celebrate the journey we have travelled together during a communication workshop with the whole banking team.
🤝 Most often, we implement the training cycle on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. After each completed block of topics, the team is given tasks to complete before the next training. In this way, we build new habits in our daily work, which really influence higher quality of service and higher sales results, both for core banking products and those bringing additional income and additional benefits for advisers 📈 .
