Training series to support professional customer service

The sales academy is a series of six training courses, usually held every other month or in quarterly cycles, aimed at preparing sales network employees to serve customers to the highest standards quality with the bank or company's values, vision and mission.

Training series for sales leaders

The sales academy is a series of six training courses, usually held every other month or in quarterly cycles, aimed at to develop the competences that form the basis for success in a rapidly changing reality. By following the latest reports and referring to global trends, we can clearly identify the competence areas that will be key in 5-10-20 years. Competences of the future include both technical and social competences, integrating programming skills with critical thinking and analytical skills with emotional intelligence.
