Workshop "The power of women's communication"

Co-operatives written in lipstick...with them women's day lasts all year 👩‍🦳 👩‍🦱 👩‍🦰.

Another extraordinary workshop for women involved in Polish cooperative banking is behind us 🏦 .

🔴 🟡 🟢 🔵 „The power of female communication”. - A workshop where we spent intensive hours in the training room learning about our own behavioural styles, their super powers and sharing our experiences in identifying styles and resolving conflicts in our relationships with employees and clients using the MaxieDISC model.

Development, relaxation and further meetings

There was also time to balance intensive personal development with relaxation for body and soul 🧘‍♀️ 🌳 🚴‍♀️ . In the afternoons, taking advantage of the beautiful weather, we took walks in the forest, explored local cycle paths, practised yoga and regenerated in the graduation tower.

The three intensive days passed quickly and I am already looking forward to the next workshop in a wonderful female group 🫶 .

🗓️ Due to a very busy calendar, the next „Women's Leadership of the Future” workshop using the ILM72 psychometric survey will take place after the summer holidays.

IV Charity Ball of the Cooperative Bank in Szczytno

It was an evening full of emotion, goodness and real help. During the 4th Charity Ball of the Co-operative Bank in Szczytno it was possible to collect PLN 114,850 to support the charges of the Foster Families Association „Lepsze Dzieciństwo”.
