For a Sunday like this, it's worth getting up at three in the morning 🔥 .

🏆 The best of the best - winners of the competition for insurance advisors and coordinators met in sunny Bulgaria to celebrate their successes and share best practices at the conference... 🤝 ,
and I, had the honour and great pleasure of leading a workshop for them at this special event 🎨 🎲 ✍.

Purpose of the workshop

🎯 Purpose: Integration and communication of participants, who represented Cooperative Banks from all over Poland, both from the BPS Group and the SGB Group 🤝 .

How we worked during the workshop

I opted for:
☀️ interactive exercises - team games with interesting tools that require collaboration - I love 🤩 ,
☀️ integration - with the values of insurance and banking products,
☀️ safe atmosphere - participants, as they themselves emphasised, felt comfortable, everyone could choose a role for themselves, express their opinions and share ideas and experiences,
☀️ varied activities - group work, discussions, design, drawing and presentations,
☀️ time for networking - the successful candidates performed the exercises unhurriedly, over coffee, so that everyone found space to establish informal relationships with the other members of their team.

Effects of the meeting

Was it successful ⁉️
✅ Definitely yes - from day one everyone knew everyone in the group 🙌 - they knew who they shared common passions with, who liked similar books or wanted to visit the same parts of the world, and who had a unique sense of humour or acting talent...it was hard for me to part with them and go back to PL, but I know they made great use of the time they worked hard for during the competition .
