The business customer at the heart of the Cooperative Banks' inspiration

At the beginning of June, surrounded by forests, lakes and rivers, my wonderful group of Change Leaders worked in a workshop on solutions for business customers that increase sales and the competitiveness of the Co-operative Banks' offer.

The workshop under the title: „The business customer at the centre of BS inspiration” opened with a portion of beautiful memories, as the group has been inspiring each other during workshops, thematic meetings and training sessions for four years now.

The following topics were the focus:
✔️ Visa - what projects are worth pursuing together in the coming years?
✔️ Vienna Life TU na Życie S.A. Vienna Insurance Group - Life insurance for entrepreneurs - which solutions do customers choose most often and why?
✔️ InterRisk TU SA Vienna Insurance Group- Company property insurance - what should be covered and why?
✔️BPS Leasing and Factoring- „Leasing for loyalty” - TOP product on offer from the Co-operative Banks.
✔️ BPS Bank- BPS inspiration on financing RES and energy cooperatives.

There was great interest in a presentation by my Department colleague Jarosław Broczkowski on the financing of RES and energy cooperatives. Among the participants were banks that already have interesting experience in financing green investments. The group unanimously agreed that it would be worth developing this topic at the autumn workshop.

🌳 🛶 🗺️ There was also time for contact with nature, relaxation and recharging batteries. On the second day, we went canoeing together down the picturesque Marózka River, whose swift current provided us with unforgettable experiences and proved once again that teamwork and mutual support bring the best results.

Among the participants, in addition to the Leaders from the Cooperative Banks, were representatives of the National Association of Cooperative Banks, which was represented by Aleksandra Rączkiewicz and Polish Bank Association , who represented Łukasz Bogusz, MA, EMBA - Thank you for your active participation in the workshop 🙌 .
