Intersect 2026 Cannes and the future of banking

🇫🇷 Intersect 2026 Cannes is now history, but the excitement is not subsiding.

🏦For me, it was an intense and hugely inspiring few days, with banking leaders from more than forty countries coming together to talk about how the way people use banking services is really changing.

🏧For three days, we talked about how banks around the world are merging the physical and digital channel, payment trends, how to build operational efficiencies and how the role of the bank branch is changing in the customer's daily life ⌚️💰📱💳.

🌍 I was delighted that 90% of the programme were real cases presented by bankers, including representatives from Barclays, U.S. Bank, Capitec Bank, Geldmaat, K&H Bank, Komerční banka and Poste Italiane .

💫 Octavio Marquez, Joe Myers, Frank Baur Lisa Radigan and Andy Zosel - showed us how a global leader in ATM technology and payment processing systems should share its vision and strategy for the future with its team and customers 🚀.

☕After chatting over coffee with bankers from all over the world, I return with a head full of ideas and inspiration for action 👩🏼‍💻.
