Final of the Sales Academy and Management Academy

It's time for the team 🧩
Nothing else mattered on the last weekend in April... 🙌

We left at the head office and branches of the Lubartow Co-operative Bank:
✔️ documents and materials,
✔️ quality standards,
✔️ dress code,
✔️ products and procedures,
✔️ all office equipment,

and all because, after many months in the training room, where we realised:
✅ Sales Academy - a series of training courses for advisers and
✅ Manager's Academy - a series of training courses for Branch Managers
It was time for the presentation of well-deserved certificates and an integration workshop in a magical geographical area connecting the Lublin Upland with Podolia - the Roztocze region, of course.

Two days of debriefing and integration

1️⃣ Day one is:
💚 presentation of certificates and inclusive workshops under the cloud,
💚 time to take stock and plan for the future of the Bank,
💚 relaxing and chatting together by the fireplace.

2️⃣ Day two is:
💚 shared outdoor activities,
💚 time for culture, history and tradition told by a great guide,
💚 beautiful landscapes and sounds of nature.

The common way
