§ 1 Introductory provisions
- Online shop operating at sylwiazakrzewska.com is run by Mind Master Sylwia Zakrzewska-Anucińska, based at ul. Szkolna 38, 07-405 Troszyn.

- These Terms and Conditions are addressed to Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Shop and set out the rules for the use of the Online Shop and the principles and procedure for concluding distance sales agreements with the Customer through the Shop.
§ 2 Definitions
- Seller - Mind Master Sylwia Zakrzewska-Anucińska, ul. Szkolna 38, 07-405 Troszyn.
- Shop - online shop operated by the Seller at the internet address sylwiazakrzewska.com.
- Customer - any entity making purchases through the Shop.
- Consumer - a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller as part of the Shop, the subject of which is not directly related to his/her economic or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur - a natural person, a legal person and an organisational unit that is not a legal person but to which a separate act confers legal capacity, exercising a business on its own behalf, who uses the Shop.
- Sales Contract - the contract of sale of a Product concluded or entered into between the Customer and the Seller via the Online Shop.
- Product - a movable item (physical good), service or digital content available in the Store which is the subject of a Sales Contract between the Customer and the Seller.
- Order - the Customer's declaration of will made via the Order Form and aimed directly at concluding the Product Sales Agreement with the Seller.
- Order Form - an interactive form available in the Shop for placing an Order.
- Working day - one day from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

§ 4 Technical requirements
In order to use the Shop, including browsing the product range and placing orders, it is necessary to:
- A terminal device with access to the Internet and a web browser in the current version.
- An active electronic mail (e-mail) account.
- Cookies enabled.
§ 5 General information
- The prices given in the Shop are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices (including VAT).
- The final (final) amount to be paid by the Customer consists of the price for the Product and the cost of delivery (if applicable), which the Customer is informed of on the pages of the Shop when placing the Order.
- The Seller is not responsible for any disruptions in the functioning of the Store caused by force majeure, unauthorised actions of third parties or incompatibility of the Store with the Customer's technical infrastructure.
§ 6 Rules for placing an Order
In order to place an Order it is necessary to:
- Select the Product that is the subject of the Order and then click on the "Add to basket" button (or equivalent).
- Go to the basket view and click on the "Proceed to checkout" button (or equivalent).
- Complete the Order Form by entering the details of the recipient of the Order and the address to which the Product is to be delivered, select the type of shipment (method of delivery of the Product) and enter the invoice details if different from the recipient's details.
- Select one of the available payment methods.
- Click the "Buy and pay" button (or equivalent), which is tantamount to confirming the order with the obligation to pay.
§ 7 Delivery and payment methods offered
- The Customer may use the following delivery methods for Physical Products:
- Courier delivery
- Postal consignment
- Digital Products (e.g. e-books, online courses) are delivered by sending a download link or access data to the Customer's e-mail address.
- The delivery of services (e.g. training, consultations) takes place at a time and in a form agreed individually or specified in the service description.
- The customer can use the following payment methods:
- Electronic payments through the system Przelewy24. The online payment service provider is PayPro SA.
- Detailed information on delivery and payment methods can be found on the Shop pages.
§ 8 Performance of the Sales Agreement
- The conclusion of the Sales Contract between the Customer and the Seller takes place after the Customer places an Order using the Order Form in the Shop, in accordance with § 6 of the Terms and Conditions.
- Once the Order has been placed, the Seller immediately confirms its receipt, which binds the Customer to its statement, and at the same time accepts the Order for execution. Confirmation shall be made by sending the Customer an appropriate e-mail message.
- In the case of an order of Physical Products, the Order will be dispatched within the period specified in the product description, but no later than 5 (five) working days from the date the payment is credited.
- In the case of an order for digital Products or services, fulfilment takes place as soon as the payment is credited, unless the Product description states otherwise.
§ 9 Right of withdrawal
- The consumer may withdraw from the Sales Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The period for withdrawal shall begin when the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer has taken possession of the Product.
- The consumer may withdraw from the Contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the Contract to the Seller. Sending the declaration before its expiry to the e-mail address of the Seller shall be sufficient to meet the deadline. A model form is enclosed as Attachment No. 1 to these Terms and Conditions.
- In the event of withdrawal from the Contract, the Contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded. The Seller shall reimburse the Consumer immediately, no later than within 14 days of receipt of the Consumer's statement, all payments made by the Consumer, including the costs of delivery of the item.
- The Consumer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he or she has withdrawn from the Contract. The Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to the Consumer in respect of contracts:
- for the provision of services, if the Seller has performed the service in full with the express consent of the Consumer, who has been informed before the performance of the service that he will lose his right of withdrawal after the performance;
- for the supply of digital content which is not recorded on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the end of the withdrawal period and after the Seller has informed the consumer of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
§ 10 Complaints
- The Seller is obliged to supply the Customer with a defect-free Product.
- In the event of a defect in the purchased goods, the Customer who is a Consumer has the right to make a complaint based on the warranty provisions of the Civil Code.
- The complaint shall be submitted in writing or by e-mail to the Seller's addresses specified in these Terms and Conditions. The complaint shall include, among others, a brief description of the defect, the date of its occurrence, the data of the Customer submitting the complaint and the Customer's request in connection with the defect of the goods.
- The seller will respond to the complaint request immediately, but no later than within 14 days.
- Warranty liability is excluded for customers who are entrepreneurs.
§ 11 Out-of-court complaint and redress procedures
- Detailed information about the possibility of using out-of-court complaint and redress procedures by the consumer is available at the offices and on the websites of district (city) consumer ombudsmen, social organisations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection.
- Among other things, the consumer has the possibility to use the EU online ODR platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
§ 12 Personal data
- The administrator of the Customers' personal data collected via the Online Shop is the Seller.
- Customers' personal data are collected for the purpose of fulfilling the Sales Contract and, if the Customer agrees, also for marketing purposes (newsletter).
- Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data and customer rights can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Shop website.
§ 13 Electronic services in the Shop
- The Seller provides the following electronic services to Customers free of charge:
- The customer may unsubscribe from the Newsletter service at any time, without stating a reason and without incurring costs, by clicking on the deactivation link contained in each email received as part of the service.
§ 14 Final provisions
- The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g. change in legislation). Customers will be informed of each change at least 7 days in advance.
- Matters not covered by these Rules shall be governed by generally applicable provisions of Polish law.
- Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer who is a Consumer shall be settled by the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
- Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer who is an entrepreneur will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
